Refund & Returns Policy

Overview

At Nak-Su Fitness/Nak-Su Gym, we aim to deliver high-quality coaching services and products. This Refund & Returns Policy explains when refunds, exchanges, or credits may be offered.

Because many of our services and products are digital, personalised, or time-based, refunds are limited and subject to the conditions below.


Coaching Services (1-to-1 PT, Online Coaching, Classes)

Booked Sessions

  • All coaching sessions are non-refundable once delivered.

  • Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, will be charged in full.

Packages & Blocks

  • Coaching packages are non-refundable once started.

  • Unused sessions within a package may be transferred to another date or programme at the coach’s discretion.

  • Packages are non-transferable to another individual.


Digital Products & Online Programmes

Due to the nature of digital content, all digital products are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Training programmes

  • PDF guides

  • Online plans

  • Downloadable resources

  • Video content

Once access or download has been provided, the sale is final.


Physical Products (If Applicable)

If physical items (e.g. apparel or equipment) are sold:

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery

  • Items must be:

    • Unused

    • In original condition

    • In original packaging

Non-returnable items include:

  • Personal or hygiene-related items

  • Custom or personalised items

  • Gift cards

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect physical item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Proof of purchase

  • Description of the issue

  • Photographic evidence if applicable

We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.


Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing times vary by provider but typically take 5–10 working days


Late or Missing Refunds

If you believe your refund is delayed:

  1. Check your bank account

  2. Contact your payment provider

  3. Contact your bank

If the issue remains unresolved, please contact us directly.


Sale & Promotional Items

  • Discounted or promotional items are non-refundable

  • This includes sale programmes, limited-time offers, or reduced-price coaching blocks


Gifts

  • Coaching services and digital products purchased as gifts are non-refundable

  • Where applicable, gift credit may be issued at our discretion
